In Boston/Cambridge, it’s not just that we’ve lost our small venues.
Rehearsal spaces are gone. The luthiers have moved away. The instrument stores have closed. I asked a largish guitar manufacturer where I could see their new model nearby and they said, “No idea in the Boston area to be honest!”
