Aymeric, in a priest's cassock, is over top of Rinh, who is slipping off the side of a bed. He pins one of her hands down, above her head, and shoves a finger of the other hand into her mouth. Her fangs are bloody, as is the tip of his finger, and blood is smeared on her face and drips down his wrist. She looks worried, or maybe a bit afraid, despite being the "vampire" in the image.
