While adding extra attributes to existing Schema tags doesn't seem to impact visibility in LLMs...

Adding Schema tags to pages that don't have them is the complete opposite: great for AEO.

...the URL parameters disappear (i.e., only the canonical URL is present on your various links), this is a good sign. You probably don't have as many duplicate content problems as you thought.
