That "male loneliness epidemic" is kinda like not wiping your behind or showering and then referring to a disastrous Stinkiness Epidemic.
Try going for some positive social interactions and you might make friends and even meet (gasp!) women.

Haven't gotten to it yet, but it's high on the list. I feel that really good horror needs to be read intermittently, with some silly-but-relaxing gorefests to create a healthy literary diet.

I just finished the latest Sworn Soldier tale by @tkingfisher.com , and like the earlier two it's a great tale. The mystery itself has its strong points, but my favorite part is the voice of narrator and protagonist Alex Easton, who's definitely not claustrophobic.

I haven't gotten around to this yet, but I also loved the first two books. Great protagonist, and subtle but very clever use of alternate history that really enhances the world while keeping it rooted in a gothic Europe.

I read this just this weekend! Loved it, and while many novels tend to drag on for too long I actually wanted some more time with the wonderful cast of protagonists when the book ended.

With the ogre done, I've just finished anothe Mordheim gang (it's definitely an addiction).
