Well, wanted pasta but not a tomato based sauce, so tried new recipe for mushroom-spinach stroganoff using coconut aminos and nutritional yeast for flavor instead of soy sauce. It came together beautifully. #beckyhatesfoodposts thought it was delicious 😋 but I’ll hear about the post…..eventually 😆

Two steps to dinner - I made some polenta this afternoon to go with the leftover Guinness Beef Stew, and put the rest in a storage container to set for dinner. Then a quick mushroom and tomato sauce while frying the set polenta. #beckyhatesfoodposts said it was great (and will not like this post).

Guinness Beef Stew - This turned out to be an excellent choice for a cold and snowy Saturday evening meal.

And of course you have to serve it over mashed potatoes and drink a nice cold N/A Guinness 😋. BTW, #beckyhatesfoodposts thought it was grand!

Experimenting with meatless protein heavy sides to accompany my favorite carb - pasta! Cannellini beans sautéed with mirepoix, herbs de Provence, black pepper, lemon juice, and garlic powder. I liked it, but had to rush off to rehearsal before I could find out what #beckyhatesfoodposts thought……😁🍽️

#beckyhatesfoodposts goes wild for my homemade shrimp burgers but wanted something different, so here we have whitefish burgers! And you always need a good slaw to go with a fish burger 😋. Don’t tell Becky I posted this though, you know how she is about food posts 😇
