Anytime one of my kids says 6 7, I ask them, "Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9!" and they look at me with the same πŸ˜‘ face I just made and I feel like nature is healing a little.

Maintaining boundaries, especially with children, does not have to be harsh- having a stone wall is better for them to touch than an electric fence, especially if we want them to trust that it is/we are a safe, healthy place for them to lean on in troubled times. 2/2

Gentle parenting doesn't mean permissive parenting- and those that equate the two often equate the polar opposite as being harsh with being loving and should probably sit with that. 1/2

Easier on the budget, environment, and mind. 🫢🏻🎁😌✨️

It takes a village sharing what we can, not individuals grinding themselves into oblivion for performative capitalism. It's about supporting each other and making memories, now and the rest of the year, too. πŸ’š

What kind of leader wants to actively take food out of the mouths of its country's most vulnerable population? Absolutely vile behavior.

My phone has a block/cord combo that is so slow, it barely keeps it from dying. If I unplug it to utilize a function, it plugs back in and stays at a now lowered rate until it has a large chunk of time to recharge and do nothing else.

This post is about Capitalism.
Fix the block.

In March, Trump cut $500 million in deliveries to Food Banks (about a quarter of their federal funding) causing millions of pounds of food to go to waste and food banks to struggle to fill the gaps at a time where food insecurity is at its highest since The Great Recession. πŸ˜’πŸ€¬πŸ–•πŸ½

This is diabolical.

If you learn of someone suffering and reach out to shake a finger instead of lending a hand, you are a bad person, and I feel sorry for any children in your care.

Stop fucking judging how people suffer, assholes.
