I dont think this is possible for the reason that it would never work longterm for a Dem push like this.

Hell, it might not work for even a GOP one as its specifically a trimming of the very power the Federalist Society lawfare system works.
its similar to what they're doing with ICE. there, they run off the long-term people who want to round up criminals first, look tough later who know what they're doing for more Gravy Seals with itchy trigger fingers

here, they pissed off natural allies cuz "lol im Schutzstaffel!!!1"
this is a neat spin on my take about people have walked out on long-time friends/colleagues faster than the loons who infatuated themselves to him mere weeks ago

Rep. Chris DeLuzio says on @meetthepress.com Now that if Republicans want to fund the government without negotiating with Dems, they can nuke the filibuster. "They should have — and they already have," he says. "They don't use it for judicial nominees, they don’t need it for budget reconciliation."

Lujan says Thune is spinning an argument as "justification so 40 million people can go hungry"

Lujan slams the lectern and says when you're in the majority "you meet people" and talk

Said they could meet in WH: "It's easy to get in, there's a big hole in it"
Good point on the trance stare. ALOT of far right claptrap is for self-soothing purposes.

Breaking news: The DOJ placed two federal prosecutors on leave after they filed a document in court that referred to the Jan. 6. attack on the U.S. Capitol as a “riot” carried out by a “mob,” two people familiar with the matter said.

NEW: The Trump admin just ended the practice of automatically extending work permits when people file to renew them — meaning that if USCIS takes too long to process a renewal the applicant loses their authorization to work legally.

The interim final rule applies to renewals filed after tomorrow.

the problem is that "lesson in there" is predicated on repercussions for those in leadership positions, a general social anathema that has resulted in much of the institutional failure and abysmal moral leadership that we have suffered up to and including now
Am I reading this correctly: the firms that opposed Trump's intimidation tactics have suffered no consequences, whereas the firms that struck deals gave away $900 million while jeopardizing any work with clients who have interests at odds with the government?

There's a lesson in there somewhere.

NOTABLE: The judge says the indictment sEssayli presided over are not dismissed bc they were signed by other lawfully appointed prosecutors. That reasoning, if adopted in other courts, bodes poorly for Lindsey Halligan, who was the only person to sign Comey/James indictments.
