One of the interesting things about living in my entirely nuerodivergent family is it's taught me to never expect compliments on my appearance.

Occasionally I accidentally seek external validation. Then mammothly regret it.

I would strongly recommend starting with a physiotherapist who can help build some baseline strength or a personal trainer who is competent in working with hypermobility. It's genuinely worth investing the time in learning how to strength train safely for your body. Let me know how it goes ❤️

The United States is no longer a friend to Canada. Under Trump, USA is a big, bruising bully. Canada must stand up to the bully & work with the European Union to develop alternative trade & defence arrangements. Reliance on USA during the Trump regime is too risky for Canada.

I'm sorry to hear that, when I have the resources to hire people I always do. My logos etc were designed by artists rather than generated and for my Xmas this year I asked my family for a beautiful picture by a local artist who had been super poorly. Sadly my resources are at times limited
