A very good reason to prioritize it. I have found that time in nature is my well. I just drove 1.74 hours to go to a beach.

I have come to realize that we have to make choices on where our priorities go. And sometimes, even things that we love take a back burner for a while. I tend to read more in the winter and I'm learning to be content with that.

Follow your rhythm. No guilt of shame.

I have been struggling with this, too. Bedtime reading used to work for me, but these days, it doesn't matter how good the book is, I fall asleep too quickly. In the mornings, I only get a little time for me and I want to journal, to spend a little time meditating and planning my day.

With #aphantasia, I have to work to hold the memory of an encounter inside of me. This painting and #haiku is that #memory. I find the less afraid I am of losing it, the more it stays with me and allows me to express it through my art. #micropoetry #sketchbook

We have a a couple female hummingbirds coming to our feeders. This morning one arrived just as I was changing out her food. She didn't back off and paused inches from the feeder in my hand.
