The North Portland Red House site will soon become 30 affordable apartments. Self Enhancement Inc. acquired the site in 2021 via a land donation.

The nonprofit has spent the last few years planning how to best redevelop the site.

Another player has submitted plans to redevelop Centennial Mills. A Vancouver developer wants to turn one of the existing buildings into a nightclub.

The proposal comes a month after design commission approved plans for the site to become a mixed-use development.

The 1803 Fund will invest $70 million in real estate as part of its vision for the #Albina neighborhood.

New: Conde Nast fired four employees who were among a group that confronted the company's head of human resources on Wednesday over the decision to fold Teen Vogue into Vogue/recent cuts. Employees who were fired included journalists from the New Yorker, Wired, and Bon Appétit.

What I want to know is how will Gannett/editors know the reporter used AI? Will the reporter have to disclose how much of the article is AI? Will the LLM generate a report on how much it was used each week?

I have so many questions about how this would work.
