The City of #Portland said the South Waterfront ICE facility violated its land use agreement by holding detainees longer than allowed and boarding up building windows.

What I want to know is how will Gannett/editors know the reporter used AI? Will the reporter have to disclose how much of the article is AI? Will the LLM generate a report on how much it was used each week?

Ventured back down to #Milwaukie this week around six months after I wrote my story about the city's #redevelopment boom.
