Oh man, that might be even better than the scam text I got from a number in the Philippines about not having paid my toll on the Ohio Turnpike. Firstly, I DON'T OWN THE CAR YOU'RE REFERRING TO ANY LONGER. Second I never drove it on the turnpike, you guys are BAD AT SCAMMING.

I know both that the ads before The American Experience are randomized and also Carlisle is probably not even in the top 100 worst offenders of corporate pollution. BUT. It just feels wrong to have an ad for a company fined multiple times by the EPA before a documentary about THE LOVE CANAL, IAJS.

Reading this book about how criminal profiling creates criminals (so far it's really good!) and I just have to stop and laugh my ass off over this list of the folks that one of the founders of the field wanted to study. Were there enough sword swallowers in the 1930s to warrant their own category???

There was a period of time where I was paying far too much in rent and I did love how close the Salt Shed was, but THAT IS BASICALLY THE ONLY THING TO RECOMMEND ABOUT IT, AND ONCE I MOVED IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THAT GOING FOR IT.

Threw on PBS while catching up on e-mail and y'all. I knew noted antisemite Henry Ford wrote a book called "The International Jew" but I HADN'T REALIZED THE SUBTITLE WAS "THE WORLD'S FOREMOST PROBLEM." Sir. SIR. I feel like there were WAY worse problems in the middle of THE GREAT DEPRESSION.
