We are excited to share our latest work on GLIC published in @pnas.org, where we developed a #cryoEM data processing strategy that allowed us to isolate and reconstruct multiple asymmetric states, revealing detailed insights into the channel’s activation mechanism. tinyurl.com/mwtb4rpj
A detailed tutorial has now been added to the GitHub page.
This robust approach can be applied to process #cryoEM datasets of cyclic, pseudo-symmetric macromolecules. We’ve made our processing strategy available as user-friendly scripts on GitHub (tinyurl.com/3jenfw6j) and will soon upload a detailed tutorial using deposited 5-HT3AR dataset (EMPIAR-10381).
