Apparently José Been and Michael Hutchinson are "now on the last sheet of their paper" 😆 #TOH2025

Yeah they have this at UK airports too
samuelgamester.bsky.social
Well yeah, true, yet surely 'twas ever thus
samuelgamester.bsky.social
To be fair if they could answer anonymously half the peloton would probably have similar feelings

I'm splitting hairs but should it say that Pog was 3:31 faster than Feather but crossed the line 1:29 after him due to starting 5 minutes after?

Is there a UK bike-friendly accommodation resource that you would recommend? I'm not a massive fan of camping and budgets are tight
samuelgamester.bsky.social
Am I missing something or do timings not compute? 🧐
samuelgamester.bsky.social
Problem with budget hotels is they're mostly only accessible by car

I agree but the team has Italian origins so I don't see the Italian autumn races not inviting them
samuelgamester.bsky.social
Are these races getting payments from the team in return for invites 🤔

I didn't know about that, it's insane (ie normal for UK)

Ugh keep him away from the Giro please
samuelgamester.bsky.social
I guess its possible he could have followed Wout that day but chose not too for fear of DNF in sketchy conditions

I only just saw it (tnt mini-highlights on yt), what a crappy way to race, not impressed 😠

Beware the Ides of October?

I've always wondered this too. There are psychological studies showing that RW voters are more prone to deep internalised fear with little self awareness so they project it onto others, kind of makes sense.

AND have won olympic 🥇 gold on the track

since 1996 (when elite riders started competing in the olympics):

Elia Viviani.

That's it. (No Cav, GT, Ganna, Wiggins...)
