Yeah, dealing with EORS it's a headache when working as a fully remote company but also the safest way vs hiring a FT contractor.
Right now, after fighting burnout, what I'm doing is trying to decide what's the next step.

What I love about recruiting is learning new stuff every day. What I love about the tech is how it can make everyone's life easier.

But... What to do next?
Most of my friends are engineers, and I've shared with them how unmotivated I've felt with the industry in general and the abuse connected with having a back office job.
Last 4 months, I've been focusing on a personal project and investment. No recruiting or tech, learning to not be wired 24/7.
AI functions on different ATSs are focus on making communication smoother. Most recruiters I know, if they see any sort of rank from an ATS they ignore it because it's usually off. They prefer to go and review every resume.
Nowadays there's a narrative around saying ATSs keep resumes away from being reviewed and that AI functions are used in some way to make decisions.

To keep the reply short, that's not how an ATS works. Usually people disqualify themselves with the knockout questions created by humans.

Here, thinking about the random facts I have stored in my head such as nutritionist tips, tips about gym shoes (yes, there's an art for this,) and the history of eggnog.
As a recruiter that's my first step moving forward in learning how to code.
I haven't made the switch yet, ublock is basically what has kept me around tho.
I'm hating all on the same level. Mac is over-hyped and the UX is not as smooth as promoted. Sure, good performance and battery life in the long run. But dude, I miss windows in comparison.
Windows has issue:

Person: fuck this I'm going to Linux

Narrator: and they quickly learned to hate two operating systems.
My Husky is close to a tantrum in the next 5 minutes. However, it's Saturday and I don't want to move.
Aquí se escribirá más en español porque es la personal
Seems I'll be able to have a work account and a personal one in here
