Sigmund always makes his own tools for the farm when needed. He’s a very hands on gruff old man!

I like seeing folks' sonas in nice suits. I also like seeing MY sona in nice suits.

Y'all should get more art of your sonas in suits. For example, suits like these!

(I still haven't seen the 2024 Day of the Jackal show somehow, but I love the 1973 film. A slow burn, but worth it!)
A collage of various outfits from the two versions of Day of the Jackal (the 1973 film starring Edward Fox, and the 2024 TV series starring Eddie Redmayne).

The five images of Redmayne's Jackal show him in a variety of outfit colors, while the three of Fox's show him in more muted colors, save for the famous red crevat (which I've included images of that outfit from both versions)..

Sonas in suits is SUCH an underrated vibe, yes.

Longtime Sam fans will know that I used to live in England as a kid, so some of these are familiar to me (Malteasers in particular have given me a lifelong disdain for how inferior American malt balls are), but some are quite new.

Ovaltine does SNACKS??

My buddy Dawn is visiting from Australia, and she brought me puppers as well as strange, exotic cuisine from her foreign land!
Stickers of Arcanine and a bird! A bunch of Australian snacks

How I act finding Alpha Pokemon.

I treat Rin as borderline blind without his sprig, but he won't die!

Little hot foot action though... HMMM...
samburr.bsky.social
Hoping the best for you man, never too late to start!!
samburr.bsky.social
Yes he stole it like the big shadin' duskin' CHARLIZARD he is!!

Fueled by the power of love!

Oh yeah, spot on man. I can definitely focus a lot better, and I'm way more patient too. I "care" less, but that does also mean I don't get irritated easily and it's very easy to sling off slight bothers.

All just the good and the bad that comes with age, huh?

Took 'em long enough!

Oh I forgot Tyson's wings here.

Good thing it's just a sketch so far >.>

I swear I forget them all the time.

I'm supposing to be drawing a lady and instead I spent the night sketching two men kissing, whoops.

Anyway Rin and Tyson are a thing now and I needed to share it.
An anthro-Pangoro and Charizard kissing, rubbing belly, good stuff.

It isn't even necessarily a bad thing; I've gained a sense of skill and a better ability to communicate certain creative things, but it's come at the cost of my sense of 'wonder'. I guess that's all I mean to say.
samburr.bsky.social
I know what you mean, and it isn't like I'm not inspired by and love the creative things I do. But I think it's just something that gets harder with age. It takes on a different form -- a more mature, professional, nuanced one, but one that's a little less, I suppose... magical? Rote?

These little flashes of just pure beauty, just those occasional innate, emotional moments of just like, wow! These little characters we draw and emote out are real, they exist, they're part of a collective conscience!

I like having them, and I wish I had 'em more these days.
