This sort of thing is the reason why my profiles usually say "aspiring artist". I'm still too much of an amateur for my age, especially in comparison to more learned folks on here. But I'll get there eventually.

Started on the lines. I'm unsatisfied with the result, so I won't continue this drawing. However, I'm still happy with the concept, so I'll likely redraw it in the future when I've improved somewhat.

Cleaned up the rough sketch a little more. Made a few changes, such as both the Marshal and Mount's heads.

Also emphasised the Control Stave being attached onto a device at the Mount's rear.

Inspired by a discussion with @/dumbrobotstuff.bsky.social on Twitter, I have got to working on sketching out a Mounted Skitarii Marshal. The Marshal is supposed to represent all Skitarii, but I feel like they lean more towards Vanguards. I swapped out the standard Radium weapons seen on Vanguards-

Despite my previous statement of Skitarii Marshals leaning towards the Vanguards in terms of appearance and weapons, I gave their mount the Sulphurhound head. I may change it to the Raider head or design a new one entirely to make the Marshal stand out from an attached unit.

-and went for a new variant of the Ranger's Galavanic weapons: a pistol/serpenta, of sorts.

And much like the original Marshal model, I gave them a sword that will never be used, attached to the Serberys' frame.
