I’ve just done my 100th swim since May 1st. 35 so far this month. 💃 🏊♀️ 💦
They’re trying to SELL us scoopable fibre powder now. Of course we can’t eat 20 onions a day. And there are no other vegetables or fruit with fibre, or beans, lentils, seeds, wholewheat breads or cereals. It’s cos ‘they’ think we should have no carbs, just steak, eggs, cheese & butter.

I’ve started the Fortnum & Mason biscuits. They are a tad more-ish. And I will be doing my second 30 minute swim of the day in an hour’s time.

Don’t need any clothes but am now awaiting four parcels. Two tops, a jacket & a stripy t-shirt dress I’ll wear as a nightie. 🤷♀️

This has happened twice now. These folk are in their mid 40s.
I assume by February I will look elderly. Unless those on Instagram who say the obese die by 60 are right.🥴

Preparing my journey to the pool for frosty, icy mornings to come. Frost on the lawn today but patio dry. Thank you to the person who recommended these to me and no, two packs do not go far. Wondering now many packs I’d have needed ten years back for my promenade journey to the VVV pool.🤷♀️🤣
