i think a lot about how nurses deal with having to deal with witnessing so much illness & potentially death. thank you for your work, i feel like it largely goes unnoticed. especially in comparison to doctors :(

this level of toxicity is insane. the way they start talking badly of other people for no reason once they decide it's safe to do around you is so so insane. it's like in a cartoon. a person will pass by, they'll say hello and the second they're gone, they'll be talked about in this weird way
