En los próximos días voy a pedir a hsn a ver si pillo ashwaganda de esa para dormir, la melatonina ha dejado de hacerme absolutamente nada y estoy: agotado.

Literalmente no recuerdo cómo es dormir bien, ese es el tiempo que llevo sin descansar en condiciones. Todas las noches me pasa algo.
