Did a random test of the Themes Playground and WASM build with #FlutterDev 3.29. I noticed it performed much better than before, but that the improvement came via updates to the Chromium engine, as using an older version was still as poor as before.

Looking forward to this docs quality fix in @dart_lang. Current way of adding imports just for a doc ref or ignoring the lint to not doc reference things not imported, is not good enough. BTW in Pub, pana nags about docs refs that are not imported too github.com/dart-lang/sd...
