There’s only 3 things you can do in the comic book industry. Setting aside formats, genres, delivery,for a minute: 3 things. 1: Work for 7-8 publishers. 2: find a rich guy (one rich guy or small pub headed by rich guy) 3: self-publish (crowdfund, etc). That’s it. It’s not easy, good luck.

Last night i watched a movie i’ve never seen before. It was called Desperately Seeking Susan and it was about a girl that keeps hitting her head and forgetting who she is. Every time i looked up from my phone, she was hitting her head, maybe 10-15 times. A unique entry in the 80’s Amnesia oeuvre.

Not trying to tell people to go spend money, but, I think prices on art supplies will jump next year,especially the imported things we like. I think vendors are trying to keep prices down for now, but, y’know. Personally i’m going to stock up on a few of my favorite pens and papers.

It’s impossible to say “I’m disappointed in Democrats” because they basically don’t exist. Republicans are evil, but Democrats are just…nothing. Air. Less valuable than air.
