From 7–10 October RWI Harare and the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service conducted a Training of Trainers on the Mandela Rules & the Bangkok Rules and equiped 20 ZPCS trainers to integrate international prison standards into internal training for recruits & staff.
