@esa.int and the State Space Agency of Ukraine. This agreement launches our first joint projects, opening the door for Ukrainian scientists, engineers and companies to work alongside ESA Member States.

I told her that we'd calculate the cash value of her candy haul, that I'd ask her to raid her piggy bank and donate 1/3 the candy cash value to a local food bank, and that I'd add on a 5X match.

I have just received from Kevin Walsh of SWRI a re-analysis of the PUNCH data for 3I/ATLAS, & have redone our gas and dust coma prediction models as a result. These new data agree well with the independent reductions of Thomas Lehmann and bode well for the Juice observations starting November 2nd.
Magnitude estimates for the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS.
