Thrilled to share that my PhD student, Thomas Wibaux, successfully defended his thesis yesterday! His brilliant work on cacao architectural development will have a significant impact, especially for modeling. Proud of his dedication and excited to see what the future holds for him! 🌟

Totally agree with this! Deep one-on-one conversations with a colleague often spark and develop the best ideas. The ‘Yes, and’ attitude is so important—it opposes the instinct to say ‘no’ or ‘but,’ focusing instead on developing the idea, and letting creativity flow. We need more of this!
