I need wrathion to be confirmed as a trans man so much I'm going to cry

the fact that I've seen this character as trans for a decade, and how a large part of the queer fandom always has as well, and then in dragonflight, the expansion about him, and dragons, leans heavily into trans themes. entirely on purpose

he's one of the characters to explain how important a mortal form is to a dragon and how it's an important decision, how it's an expression of how you want the world around you to see you....

I felt so unbelievably teased. the game had already confirmed chromie as trans (huge heart emojis), and it's like, wrathion trans man confirmation within reach

the way, a decade ago, he tells you he chose his own name

and for the first time the idea that a character I actually care so much about would actually be confirmed trans

I wish it would happen once in my life

when wrathion was young, dragon scales were faintly visible on his face. he also had to bind his chest
now older and more skilled with his magic, he’s figured out how to get his chest flat, but the scales make it imperfect and are the equivalent of having scars there
