We can't let British democracy turn into a plaything for overseas billionaires with short attention spans.

At PMQs, I urged the Prime Minister to work with us to make sure power always sits with the voters, not wealthy foreign oligarchs.

Assigning agency to techniques seems to me to be an attempt to avoid responsibility. “I used TDD & got poorly designed/unreliable/hard to understand code—not my fault.”

A literary festival and #Eastbourne go together like tea and a great book (on the craft of writing in this case by the awesome Ursula K. Le Guin, “Steering the Craft” — highly recommended!).

Great (technical) product owners and leads have at least one skill very much in common. They can all actively listen.

I've been so looking forward to this interview coming out. Barbara Oakley was an absolutely joy to interview.

I'm incredibly lucky with all the wonderful, amazing people I get to interview for the lovely people at @gotocon.com but I have to admit this one is a personal favorite.
