Migrated from the hell hole and found it much better for my mental health here. I live a quiet retired life in rural Suffolk, UK with Himself who is finally working part-time in the wind down to retirement, 12 yr old arthritic dog, 2 cats and 6 chickens.

I'm on BP meds and never been told I can't have antihistamines. In fact GP prescribed strong ones for me when my hand swelled up after an insect bite alongside antibiotics. But maybe due to the rapid heart rate on top of high BP they're a no no. Hopefully you've sussed the cause of the reaction 🤞

Ha ha. Look at him go. Sophie seems quite impressed. I remember when my super speedy girl, who could out run all other dogs, encountered a neighbour's new greyhound in the field. She was most miffed to be out run by her 🤣

What a beautiful boy. You can forgive him anything with looks like that 😅 Could be worse. As a youngster mine used to raid the bin and leave rubbish strewn everywhere. Until I bought a bin with a lock!

Just catching up have been out. Allergies can be really strange. You can use/eat something for years but all of a sudden it triggers a reaction. I also learned having a virus can also trigger allergies. Wayne had bad hives after having COVID. He thought he had shingles! Antihistamines sorted it.

Morning Sam. Thanks. Your part time cold sounds like an allergic reaction to something overnight. Have you tried an antihistamine before you go to bed and using a nasal spray like Beconase (not those ones for colds/blocked noses that you can't use for long). Have you used different washing powder?

If it walks like duck and quacks like a duck then it's a duck ie it's shady as hell. The interest rates will be sky high. They're not doing it as a favour to you but to make a profit for them. Don't touch it.

Morning. We had early nights over the weekend as still so tired after the bug but then I wake around 5. Feel wide awake then but then go to sleep after lunch! Going to try Zumba today and having coffee with a friend this pm. Got to sort out old hen with sour crop 😥 Hope the day goes well for you x

I'd watch it if it was just you Alice. But not with him in it. No idea how he's risen to such prominence on no discernable talent but as the slimy toad Gove told us apparently we have had enough of experts. Hope the programme does well but ditch him for the next series and I'll watch then.

They should have been doing this from day 1! I'm shocked at how inept it's all been! Brexit has destroyed the economy, as backers of Farage made fortunes at our expense! They should be shouting the names of Farage's backers from the rooftops all day, every day! Can't believe they haven't already!
