I'm so fragile after the flu I had. The idea of sex kinda spooks me right now. I haven't put anything in me since being sick. What if my body isn't ready? What if I get sick again?

I lost a ton of weight because of my 9 day flu and I'm still struggling with an appetite and motivation. I feel like all of last year's accomplishments of bulking lead to nowhere 😭
Just gonna focus on my recovery and get back to bulking once I'm 100% again 💪
