Do me a favor, put your phone down and go tell your partner, kids or whoever needs to hear it that you love them. Don't wait till later. Do it now. Call them. Hug them. Life can be over in a literal heartbeat 💓.
Y'all, I've just drafted a 2200-word blog post 😱 about marathoning 🏃, and it's going to go live on Sunday, in time for the #NYCMarathon. If you want to get it into your inbox instead of waiting for or missing the link here on Bluesky, subscribe: www.runbikeco.de#/portal/signup 📧

Yes, Dunkirk is worth to watch (imho, ymmv 😉)
Here's what I do: I use the auto-sync of course, but all activities are private by default. Then I go into the app, give the activity a nice shiny title (witty, if need be), add some pictures where and some comments about the run or workout where applicable, and *then* I set it to public.
Stats for the month of October:
* 22 runs for a total of 248km
* 8 sessions in the gym (9 hours total)
* 2 recovery walks.
* 2 blog posts (www.runbikeco.de?utm_source=b...)

Overall that's 32 hours of training. #runchat #running

Well done! I'm a bit confused though, what does the "1mile 1km" thing mean in the plan?
Yes, that as well.
Hier geht es noch ziemlich gut mit Shorts, aber lange Shirts sind auch schon ne Zeit am Start.
Unpopular opinion: If your #strava feed entirely consists of activities like "Morning run", "Lunch run", etc. (essentially, you're auto-syncing from your watch) and you make zero effort to give them an entertaining name or some other story, I'm not going to follow you there. #running
I had my six-star finisher medal before Eliud. That's something 😉

Cool, welcome back!
God. This is terrible. Sadly, on the receiving end of applications you are swamped with this AI generated bullshit ...
What's the source of those times?
... and in a surprising turn of events I got my lunch run in, thanks to my wife taking over the cooking and one cancelled meeting.

Meh. Today is one of those days where work and life interferes with training. It's a beautiful fall day, blue sky, colorful leaves, pleasant temperature, I *should* be running at lunch time, yet I will have to do my run after work in the dark, because it simply doesn't fit into the schedule #running
I was afraid to ask if this is publicly accessible 😍
Have fun, I have great memories about NYC!
Interesting. I've done all six majors and always thought NYC has the most "fair"/"diverse" structure for their bibs (qualifying, lottery, 9and1, charity, ...). The worst of the lot is London, followed by Tokyo (imho, ymmv).
Amazing, congrats! I have great memories about NYC! 🗽
Sometimes it's more grind than glow. 💪

TLDR; The PSF has made the decision to put our community and our shared diversity, equity, and inclusion values ahead of seeking $1.5M in new revenue. Please read and share. pyfound.blogspot.com/2025/10/NSF-...

I'd love to see a video about your office hours. Are they working (i.e., are you getting out of it what you wanted), what are topics people discuss with you etc.
