NFC has been amazing, but also… tough. A reminder that recovery is change—I’m not able to do what I once did.

Exhausted in hours, making friends differently, distancing from some, traveling, a constant battle of accommodation.

But still, I’m grateful—hopeful for the future 💙

Lost my phone in Germany... A kind stranger found it and is next-day mailing it to our hotel in Sweden.

It’s tragic—when we return to share light, those we love will resent us for it.

We ask why they’ve come to hate us, and they’ll only look at what others have done, replying “I don’t know...”

The words “I don’t want to be a burden” or “I supported others, but no one met my needs—what’s the point?”

Are intertwined & far too common…

Few teach that these, are transactional emotions. If you believe those words, you’re likely in survival mode

That… is trauma talking.

Another paradox of life—truly growing, feels like shrinking.

Growth humbles us, making the world seem impossibly large.

An interesting truth in life, is how everybody has something to teach. I don’t speak on knowledge here, but emotional truth.

Everyone can teach us truths that cut—knives that twist into our hearts & souls—ache causing reevaluation of the world.

Anybody can—for better and worse.

I’ve been in a bit of a liminal space around my friends lately?

I’ve uh… isolated interaction to focus on my health the past 6 months, and i’m glad i’m doing well enough to go out now

I know i’ll rebuild stamina, get back to living life but… i’m just not sure where to go 💀
