How about just taxing them?
Following the Fair Housing Act, which made segregation illegal, Black people still had to use White "fronts" to get around the excuses used by racists to deny them access.
Still common, but unspoken, in business today.
Many decision-makers want Blacks to answer to "someone else", not be Owners.

There are too many people in our community who have been convinced that they can't be leaders, despite the incredible work they're already doing.
We've sidelined too many of our best and brightest, due to their lack of academic credentials or past mistakes.
It's time to invest into who's working.

They need a solid, cohesive platform to get through 2028 or no one will get anything, ever again.
