i think uisaki are disqualified from most normal member just by existing and being like that. mutsumi is probably also out for mortis reasons and umiri has somewhat regular motivations but i think lost her normal card the second she tempted mortis with becoming "real" in order to get her way

i think i do agree nyamu is the most normal member but my only criteria is she's the only one who isn't stoked beyond belief that she exists in a closed world of sakiko's design. like she's like yeah i know you're God and this is inescapable fate but that doesnt mean i have to be happy about it
