The war is over, but life here is still hard. Homes are destroyed, streets are empty, and every day we struggle for the simplest things: clean water, food, medicine. The pain hasn’t ended, and the fear is still with us.

Ruba, my neighbor in the camp, is a pharmacy student who had to stop studying after her sick father passed away. She needs $500 for the missed semester and $500 for the next one.

My father is sick, and I'm terrified of losing him.
He suffers from dizziness and difficulty moving. His condition has slightly improved after treatment, but he still needs medications, and we don't have enough money to cover the costs.

Why would Bluesky silence a survivor of genocide a girl whose only crime was trying to save her paralyzed father, a man broken by war and a stroke?
She asked for help, not pity. She wanted a chance to study, to live and they erased her voice.
