Had a lovely day out seeing family, so rustled up a quick sketch before bed. I love these little houses, so this was a joy to draw, even when sleepy!

For today’s drawing, I redrew an illustration from last spring — it’s lovely to see how much I’ve progressed even in the last year. Practice does indeed make, well if not perfect, then definitely better!

For Day Three of the #100dayproject I’ve drawn one of my favourite buildings in London — Girdler’s Hall. You turn a corner in the City and there it is, squeezed in among modern skyscrapers

Happy New Year everyone! Posting a little #artvsartist to wrap up 2024. It was a hard year for lots of reasons, but there were splashes of joy, including making a few illustrations I really loved. These are not necessarily my most popular drawings, but they are some of my faves.
