A really important step towards ensuring those who serve, have served and support those in service have a strong advocate on the national stage.

Look out for a new Plaque dedicated to Paul Welsh next to the bench at the entrance to Tescos. Paul was responsible for all the film plaques around town, so it is only fitting he has his very own now. It tells his story of a local lad who saved the studios and became a foremost authority on films.

Today I voted for the Renters’ Rights Bill, which will:

✅ End no fault evictions

✅ Improve safety standards of properties

✅ Stop landlords demanding months of rent up front
