@chrisnewton.bsky.social I purposely avoided your’s and Mike’s EOH discussion of Del Toro’s ‘Frankenstein’ until I’d watched it myself, which I grudgingly did last week. My Letterboxd review reads like a blatant plagiarising of said EOH episode (though I promise I wrote it before hearing it)!

An independent taskforce *just* did a huge review of ADHD in England, and the conclusion was that it's "under-recognised, under-diagnosed and under-treated."

@eofftv.bsky.social I am closer to Becky’s take on The Mummy, but can’t pinpoint why. I think it’s partly due to watching it very soon after Frankenstein and Dracula, which are far superior. Lee and Cushing are excellent, and there are some brilliant moments, but in the whole it lacks bite!
