Try not to worry too much! You'll be able to tell if its easy or hard to talk to whoever they are. For me, my first few sessions were not productive. However, I did grow to trust my therapist quickly after that and he helped me with quite a few things, I wouldnt be an open furry artist without him!

Therapy is all about talking to someone without judgment or bias. A therapist could help you navigate your thoughts and feelings to let you understand how or why you're feeling a certain way. Some are better than others, naturally, but oftentimes not being open to therapy is what makes it not work.
