but she also was reacting horribly to the antibiotics and had a really upset stomach. Over a grand and ruined rug later, she’s finally feeling better. I have a couple update videos on my platforms, but yeah, that’s what has been going on for the most part on my end 😅
I have been MIA from social media recently for many reasons, but primarily because Dixie actually had to have surgery :(. She’s doing well so far, but she had to have four teeth removed. It was honestly pretty hard seeing her distressed after the surgery,
I haven’t posted on social media in a while, but I’m live now replacing all the keys on my mechanical keyboard and just chatting!

Here's an article I have been wanting to write for a long time. Shout out to @wired for the chance, and to @rossminor.bsky.social for letting me tell some of this story.
WIRED @wired.com · Jun 11
Ross Minor lost his eyesight at 8 years old. Today, he’s a hardcore gamer who runs YouTube and Twitch channels and consults for big studios.

@rossminor.bsky.social's ultimate goal? To make it so blind people can play any game.

You don’t lol. You just leave that comment in the spam filter. I know they meant well, but keep the guy talk out of my comments!
Wow, this takes the cake for the most unhinged comment I’ve ever received. And no this is not an invitation to one up them lol.
Instagram comment that says:

damn bro, that’s actually crazy. I hope you get the absolute best titties in your face on the regular, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
Here's the video of me unboxing the #Switch2! This is the first time I've opened a #Nintendo console on launch day and it was a blast to do it on stream. I'll be uploading a separate video detailing the setup experience for #blind gamers.

Absolutely love the writing in this article and it feels incredibly validating to be recognized like this. I’m honored and thankful for all the support people have given me throughout the years :). Also love the beginning of the article because it’s so true lol!

I spent time with @rossminor.bsky.social, who was already helping other blind people play videogames back when he was training for the Paralympics. Now he's got a foot in the door and is taking what he learned from mentors to take games to the next level - for everyone www.wired.com/story/ross-m...

Ross Minor lost his eyesight at 8 years old. Today, he’s a hardcore gamer who runs YouTube and Twitch channels and consults for big studios. This is not—necessarily—an inspirational story.

The Eye Play Blind channel banner. It features several blind characters from popular franchises. From left to right, the banner features Hawk Eye from Dark Souls, a Clicker from The Last of Us, Kenshi from Mortal Kombat, Daredevil, and Ross in the middle with the Eye Play Blind logo above his head. The Eye Play Blind logo is a white controller surrounded by a blue glow with sound waves emanating from it. The words “Eye Play Blind” are below it.
Exciting news!

@WIRED is covering me for a featured story and are coming to my place tonight to take some photos, but also photos of me streaming! So if anyone wants to be part of a totally normal stream with people off screen that you can't see, see you tonight at 4:00 PM PST !
Booting up my ROG Ally for the first time in months. So many updates! The fans are blasting haha. It will feel good to casually play some games again.
The hotel I’m staying at uses AccessiBe and their website is so laggy on mobile. Coincidence? I think not
Thank you so much! You’re too kind!
Oh snap didn’t realize I wasn’t following you! I would also love to meet up. I’ll follow and we can figure things out through DM :).
Guess what, I've been the given the opportunity to attend GDC2025 thanks to the @igdafoundation.org! The IGDAF has gone above and beyond insuring it will be an accessible experience for me. Please hit me up if you’re wanting to chat about game #accessibility!
