Saturday was one of those days when I didn't get what I wanted. I had a gig that resulted in failure because of the boss. I wanted to buy a tote bag in a Trader Joes that looked like a Costco line. No. Also, I wanted a summer tote in the department store. Nothing.

The Democrats and Republicans did give him a 30-second moment of silence. Then this Republican woman said, "Silent prayer gives silent results." She asked if someone could speak up and give a prayer.
