I have many thoughts on getting a PA…I have one myself.Though I rarely wear it.It won’t look weird since the hole is underneath,but the hole sadly never closes.So if getting blown,people do feel the hole but no one has ever been bothered by it.If you plan on taking out just don’t get.I regret mine.

My first time was at the sleep center. My apnea is so bad the first five minutes I woke up and the reviewer said “we don’t really need to keep going, you definitely need a CPAP, but if you wanna stay go ahead”
