At 0935 UTC Nov 5 the US Air Force carried out test launch GT254 of a Minuteman 3 ICBM from Vandenberg Space Force Base (likely silo LF09 or LF10) to Kwajalein Atoll in the Pacific.

No it wasn’t. It was a nominal test of the RD-171MV engine intended for Soyuz-5. The engine plume being shown is the wrong color for a hypergolic engine, would be shades of orange/brown bsky.app/profile/anat...
...Roskosmos now confirms that it was indeed test firing of the Soyuz-5 first stage with the RD-171MV engine, which lasted 160 seconds.. It also confirms plans for launching Soyuz-5 at the end of 2025...

And there it is… Ukraine will receive JAS-39 Gripen! Better late than never, I guess. The fighter that was always by far the closest fit to the Ukrainian Air Force’s operational needs is at long last officially on its way (timeline TBC for obvious reasons).
