It's not easy. When the ragweed is really high, I also have to use a saline spray. Fortunately, I don't have issues with watery eyes or other allergic symptoms.
Flonase nasal spray is all I can do to keep my nasal passages clear. I can't really take antihistamine drugs. 🫤
