5 hours of padel over the weekend..now i can barely walk or hold a cup of tea. One thing i hate about being in my 50s is my body inability to recover from sport, its very depressing.

Good by spurs, agressive on the press, spence and porro were great, slightly suprised at how poor Brentford were, but Franks ia clearly starting to see a team emerge..

I think we are seeing the end of the baz ball era, despite all its bravado its mission was always to put in a performance in these ashes and its becoming a humilation again.

Missing spurs tonight as have padel league match. A few years ago that would have been unthinkable but now dont really care...i know this is a view shared by a hell of a lot others ...

This spurs team is so unlikable, im 58 and even in the 90s there was the odd player who you would pin you heart to. This lot are just nothing...

Feels like £3 is the new 50p in supermarkets. Food inflation is awful and seeing parents with kids struggle to buy them any treats is depressing. I hope latest stories of milkshakes being hit with tax not going to happen. Please give parents a break and stay away from food. #budget

Went to see Nuremberg at the O2 with my 14 year old daughter, wonderful film, brilliantly made a real epic. Sadly there were only 25 people there, yet outside thousands of visitors walking around the dome, nothing to do but eat crap. Very despressing all round

Spent over £450 going to see sours these last few weeks, and its been utterly dreadful. Being told by the players that its partly my fault because i dont cheer enough after spurs fall behind and pass sideways for hours is their right. So i wont go anymore, they dont deserve it #spurs
