How a free press works is simple: Reporters don’t work for the president. They don’t work for any politician. Their job is to ask questions — especially the ones the powerful don’t want asked. A free press holds leaders to account because leaders answer to the people, not the other way around.

Anyone who abused girls with Epstein’s help must be held accountable. Full stop.
But it doesn’t stop there. Anyone who knew what Epstein was doing — and stayed friends with him, looked the other way, or kept quiet instead of going to police — is responsible too.
