Happening in Phila, PA at this moment. Mayor just denounced all DEI initiatives at the city level. If it weren’t for DEI in Philly you would never find a decent job, regardless of how “over-educated” a person was. Now add “the old boys club”, and the “political clicks” on top of getting rid of DEI!
