Personally i think they mostly censored the gore - which i understand is disappointing but I guess they couldn't show it on TV. I don't feel they held back on things that are just verbally described or implied, though.

I mean, Gon did actually explain it outright that he has a lot of experience with older women even if they didn't linger on it lmao. Killua's face was also telling 😅 Personally i adore the anime, even if they can't be quite as graphic - the way Killua says Gon's name... it can't be replaced for me 😔

I thought they made that pretty clear in the anime - either that or i picked up on it due to being a freak lmao. TBH I watched the anime first bc that's what got me into hxh as someone who isn't a shounen fan so it's very close to my heart, i read the manga afterwards to see what I missed.

tbh tho i think thats the thing about chimera ants. u remember the weirdo parts that make you care and forget that you had to slog thru "i loan you 500 nen at 10% interest, do the math" and "heres 1.5 seconds of a single fight expanded to 25 minutes of each thought and movement" EXQUISITE TORTURE.

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.
