Spirit Halloween, aka the ghost of all retail pasts, is now open for all your Halloween plans 🎉 !

The yearly pop-up popped up in the former Rite Aid (RIP) for the 2nd year in a row, and is once again filled with pretty much everything you need for Halloween!

YES! We have signs of construction at the new #mitchellandness flagship store that's moving into the old Brooks Brothers in #rittenhouse.

ETA per the window is Spring 2026 - so just in time for #Phillies season!

Interior construction at the soon-to-be-relocated Joan Shepp, the luxury and high-end brands boutique currently on Chestnut, appears to be coming along VERY nicely.

ETA for it's undoubtedly fashionable debut is next month!

In the latest, tea-rific edition of In & Out: Tea House Cafe is replacing Mr. Wish at 2102 Walnut to make sure we are appropriately caffeinated!

We passed by earlier this week to check out the menu but the store was still closed as they were busy redecorating. So they may be open by now.

Oh no, it looks like The Raven Lounge closed quietly this summer.

The Raven Lounge has been part of the neighborhood since 2007. Nothing online notes that they're closed but they haven't been open for a bit.

Open now for your night, late night, and very very late night food consideration is15th Street Pizza & Cheesesteak! It slid smoothly into the old Starbucks space, and the hours - they're open 5pm to 3am EVERY day (!!) - gives all late-nite owls a solid option for late night eats.
