Maybe I’m too saturated in popular psychobabble and using the Wicked soundtrack as my study music, but I knew exactly what that interviewer meant by holding space with the lyrics to Defying Gravity. I can’t explain the weird finger hold, though. Maybe that’s some 600 level class shit for spring.

I did an exercise that I haven’t done in a long time and the next day, I was sore in new and different ways that I’ve never experienced before so now I don’t know whether that means I should do that exercise a whole lot more often or never again.
