I like music
#NowPlaying (per-spek-tiv)n by Louis Clark. The co-orchestrator for ELO during their most successful period, this is two long instrumentals very much in that style.

I was introduced to this cracker by Mister CBQ. "Farewell" by Ayshea Brough. Some of you will recall 'Lift Off With Ayshea' from the early 70s. Roy Wood wrote this and played the music (revel at his trademark mad oboeing). Ayshea hadthe right voice for this.
Catchy AF.

If I were Lando Norris, I'd have said 'Get your hands off me, weirdo" to him, and flicked his neb.

Still in the mood for Canadian music, #NowPlaying Black Noise by FM. It seems the original master of this was misplaced so subsequent reissues have been 'assembled'. Whatever, I love it.

One of the first CDs I bought in 2025 is this reissue of the 1989 monster 'Wrong' by Nomeansno. I saw them that year and got the LP. I cannot praise this too highly, it's absolutely phenomenal!

I've been playing my guitars a fair bit over the last few days, for the first time in a couple of years. I had been struggling with my left hand and just gave up.
But I've always loved making a horrible racket so started twanging again. Damn good fun!

#NowPlaying The Very Best of Russell Morris. Admittedly, I got this for "The Real Thing", but there are other good psych-pop tracks here too.

#NowPlaying the first album by The Move. This is th 3CD Esoteric remaster from 2016. I originally got the 2LP with Shazam version, and I attempted to copy this design in an art lesson at school and made a right mess of it.

#NowPlaying Mandala by Mike Dickson. A really enjoyable selection of tracks with inventive synths, keyboards and of course, Mellotron.
