It's an odd feeling. I knew modern Ninja Gaiden and DoA were linked, but I didn't think they came from one man, let alone that he was still alive.

I really need to go and play older DoA games; was originally for curiosity, but now I want to experience more of his works.

It's a movie that covers ground pretty quick, so a second and third watch shows a lot of what was missed the first time around. The real beauty honestly comes from the existential questions you get pretty early on.
